How It Works

SellerResponse.com completely removes the need to use the eBay inbox, and instead, provides a helpdesk-based system to answer your eBay queries quickly and efficiently.

As part of the registration process, you'll be redirected to eBay and asked to give permission for us to use your account settings. We never see your password; assuming you give permission via eBay, your account is then linked with SellerResponse.com and every time you receive a message to your eBay inbox, it'll be received almost instantaneously to SellerResponse.com.

Within SellerResponse you can create unlimited departments and unlimited users. You can then setup rules to determine which emails go to which department. If you don't need multiple departments and users, that's no problem either; SellerResponse.com will just send all messages directly to your default account.

Once your messages are in SellerResponse.com, they can be responded to with ease via our user-friendly control screens and automated features such as Canned Responses, which enable you to store frequently used phrases or replies and recall them in an instant.

SellerResponse.com does not disable your eBay inbox, so if, for any reason, you still need to access this, this will work as normal.

The SellerResponse.com operator console also has a powerful search function, so you can retrieve messages based on many factors including subject, text of message, or details of the eBay item the query relates to.

While in the Operator Console, just hover over the message subject to see details of the message itself. From here you can perform many functions including:-

  • Reply to the message
  • Change the priority of it
  • Reassign it to another department
  • Delete it

We've written SellerResponse.com with the end user in mind at all times, so have made this as simple as possible to use to ensure you get maximum results and can provide excellent customer support in a fraction of the time it traditionally takes.
